Por el presente confiere Poder Especial y suficiente a favor de Fernando Amaru Condori, boliviano, domiciliados en la ciudad de La Paz – Bolivia, para que cualesquiera de ellos de manera separada e indistinta puedan recabar de las oficinas y autoridades nacionales que correspondan la obtención de registros, renovaciones, transferencias, cambio de nombre, cambio de domicilio, fusiones, licencias de uso, privilegios Industriales, patentes de invención, diseños industriales, modelos de utilidad, derechos de autor, nombres de dominio, denominaciones de origen, y otros derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial, la protección de variedades vegetales, y la obtención de registros sanitarios.
Asimismo, cada apoderado está facultado a presentar o defender oposiciones u observaciones, acciones administrativas y/o judiciales por infracción de derechos de propiedad intelectual, por competencia desleal, o cualquier otro reconocido en la legislación aplicable, demandas de nulidad y/o cancelación, así como asumir defensa, contestar, presentar alegatos, presentar revocatorias y/o jerárquicos, recurriendo si fuera necesario ante las autoridades administrativas o tribunales judiciales competentes pudiendo desistir e interponer cualquier otro recurso judicial o administrativo, ordinario o extraordinario, Contencioso Administrativo, sin ninguna restricción, como esté reconocido por las leyes del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia.
En general cada apoderado queda facultado para firmar documentos y realizar cualquier acto conducente al mejor desempeño del presente mandato, sin que por falta de facultad expresa deje de ser suficiente. Asimismo, por el presente el mandante confirma, ratifica y da por bien hechos todos los actos, gestiones, solicitudes y tramitaciones efectuadas por cualesquiera de los apoderados con anterioridad a la fecha de este poder, respecto de cualquier derecho de propiedad industrial e intelectual del mandante, dándoles facultad para sustituir el presente poder, si así lo juzgan conveniente y en caso necesario revocar dichas sustituciones.

Hereby gives special power of attorney and sufficient for Fernando Amaru Condori, Bolivian, domiciled in the city of La Paz - Bolivia, that any of them separately and indistinct to collect offices and appropriate national authorities to obtain registrations, renewals, transfers, changes of name, changes domicile, mergers, license, agreements registrations of trademarks, patents, industrial design, utility models, copyrights and internet domain names, and other intellectual property rights, rights of breeders of new varieties of plants and obtaining sanitary records.
In addition, each agent is entitled to present or defend oppositions or observations, administrative and court for infringement of intellectual property rights, unfair competition, or any other recognized applicable law, claims of invalidity and cancellation, and as to assume defense, answer, present arguments, present revocation and hierarchical recourse if necessary to the administrative authorities or competent courts can withdraw and bring any other judicial or administrative, ordinary or extraordinary, Contentious Administrative without limitation, as is recognized by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
In general, each agent is authorized to sign documents and any action conducive to the better performance of this mandate. Furthermore, the principal hereby confirms, ratifies and assumes well done all acts, representations, applications and procedures carried out by any of the attorneys prior to the date of this order in respect of any right of intellectual property of the client giving them the power to replace the present power, as deemed appropriate and if necessary revoke such substitutions.
